At Fakhar e Malboos, every piece is crafted with dedication to fine tailoring. Because our catalog includes bespoke, custom-tailored menswear alongside ready-to-wear lines, our cancellation and refund policies are designed around the crafting process.
First 24 Hours: You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of purchase for a 100% full refund.
After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have elapsed, fabric cutting and tailoring preparation begin. Cancellations requested after this window will incur a 30% fabric & preparation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
In Production: Orders that have already been fully stitched or dispatched cannot be canceled.
Ready-to-wear orders can be canceled anytime prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the standard Return & Exchange Policy applies.
Refund Approval: Refunds are issued in cases of verified order cancellations (within the permitted window), out-of-stock items, or damaged/defective items upon arrival.
Method of Payment: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or via bank transfer/digital wallet as mutually agreed.
Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for approved refunds to process and reflect in your account.
Custom-stitched garments crafted according to user-submitted measurements are non-refundable unless there is a severe manufacturing fault or incorrect item dispatch.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
